We will meet via phone or video and we typically dive into your hopes and dreams, along with looking into themes, habits, and behaviors that you’ve had for a long time. I often ask about family dynamics, workplace stress, relationships quality, and self-care habits, both past and present.
This is something we will discuss in our first sessions together. You are not required to compete a specific number of sessions with me. The work that we do together is very individualized and depends on what you are looking for in your life.
In the beginning of our work together, I typically recommend we meet weekly so that we can keep what you’re working on top of mind for you daily. However, your desire for change and growth will guide you in determining how often you’d like to meet.
